These are my 5 since I’m enjoying them:

Seraph of the End: Battle in Nagoya/Owari no Seraph: Nagoya Kessen-hen
Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider
    K: Return of Kings
    Noragami Aragoto
    Heavy Object

Seraph: Really enjoyed the manga and I’m liking how the anime is going for the most part. Though some parts may be cut out and others rearranged, the adaptation is still fiercely faithful.

Heavy Object: What kept me going with this series was the knowledge of this and Index/Railgun sharing the same author, the humorous banter between the two leads along with their despair of being unwillingly railroaded into another mission and the unique ways destroying those massive machines. After episode 8, things seem to begin becoming more structured as one of the higher-ups conspired to get rid of the two leads to reinstate the Object’s former reverence.

One Punch Man: Honestly, it doesn’t impress. At least to me. After a few episodes in, I’ve concluded it’s just an average, almost below average, action-comedy with over the top action scenes and exceptional animation with nothing worth caring about story wise. Though I can’t say it’s disappointing given no expectation on my part was place. Drawing close to release, the talk surrounding sounded exaggerated, as though another Attack on Titan was coming along and I just couldn’t buy into the hype. Definitely this season’s most overhyped and overrated series.

Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans: Still a no-go on this. I just can’t muster the motivation. Gundam really just doesn’t pique my interest.

Garo: Guren no Tsuki: A lot leaving to be desired and currently in the first season’s shadow in all aspects. For its sake, it had better step up.

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka??: Can’t say much since I haven’t watched beyond the second episode.

Gakusen Toshi Asterisk and Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry: I’m watching these two but lack all motivation in commenting on either one. Not only are they both near mirror images of one another in a handful of aspects, but also average and generic. Generic in not doing anything particular to stand out in the crowd of other low budget series with the super powered school/festival setting. Which gives it the risk of joining the ranks and being inevitably forgettable in the long run. If anything, they’re serving as a base means of killing time.

I’ve noticed my drop rate has increased.

    Dropped series:
    Concrete Revolutio: Choujin Gensou
    Hidan no Aria AA
    Lance N’ Masques
    Young Black Jack

Overall, Fall 2015 is doing well enough in its own right. I can say this because it certainly looks better than how Winter 2016 is shaping up save a few sequels.

Seraph: I like the series; however at the same time there are so many issues I have with it like the writing and some of the characters, but I won’t rain on your parade if you enjoy it more than me that is fine.

Heavy: I think you might be the only one who actually likes the series so far besides Irene. I am kind of meh on it as of late because just like you I am a fan of the Index/Railgun author, but this doesn’t have the same “fun” vibe I get from the other series and sure the manga is short and I don’t read novels so maybe I expected too much? I am still watching it though…I just wish it wasn’t ALWAYS Qwen and Havia saving the day while Milinda sits in her mecha waiting! Yeah ep8 was a huge step in the right direction but how long will that last? Probably not long.

One Punch Man: IDK man I love how it goes from WTF action to gut busting hilarious moments and also it doesn’t take itself serious at all which is A+ in my book I can’t stand series that gotta be serious 24/7 I would use some examples, but I think it would start fights LOL anyway OPM is a great kick back and enjoy anime without the need of any super serious stuff to get in the way.

Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans: You are probably not alone in thinking or feeling that way, but from my experience this is a great starter Gundam for anyone who is curious about getting into Gundam and I will continue to say that you don’t have to see every Gundam series ever made to get into it.

I should have dropped Aria AA long ago…LOL

Winter looks fairly good! I am hype for Macross Delta and Dimension W.

I remember hosting these. Good stuff yo. I’m only watching 3 this season. (still haven’t finished Drrr, Dirty Jokes, and even F/SN UBW)

One Punch Man is really fun; Saitama’s easily my favorite character of the new season.

I’m enjoying Perfect Insider, and I think this is what Sky meant with his point, but it’s not doing those artistic things like Lovely Bones was doing in the first episode; just a solid drama with interesting characters.

And then there’s Haikyuu!! which they’ve been in the process of getting beaten bad so they can get good. New girl is nice, she provides a different perspective for the viewer to look at Hinata and Kageyama through.

I’ve seen 2 eps of IBO, it looked decent to me. Anivision likes it, you guys like it. Guess I’ll eventually get to it.

    • Foshizzel says:

Yoooooooooo Jrow!! Yeah we gotta bring you back on MetaVerse sometime and you should finish Dirty Jokes LOL it was really great.

OPM: I agree Saitama is such a great character.

IBO: It starts off a bit slow, but its really great so far and it blows Reconguista way out of the water.

I think Perfect Insider’s straight-forward art is doing good service to underline the story; as it Sakuraso’s flourish for it’s story! Good to hear from your Jrow!
