About

Is huge anime fan from Florida! who loves to watch anime and also enjoys drawing and collecting pictures, my favorite genre of anime has to be Mecha, there is just something awesome about giant robots beating the crap out of each other! Other than that type of show, I love a good comedy or action series :D

Loved the episode like usual and the interactions between Izayoi and Shiroyasha was hilarious as always. I hope this series just keeps going, it is too epic to stop.

    • BlackBriar says:

All the viewers share the same hopes. This is a good anime but sadly, it’s only 10 episodes long. The good ones always get cut short.

    • Foshizzel says:

Yep the interactions between Shiroyasha and Izayoi are always the best xD

      • BlackBriar says:

They’re each the long lost partner of perversion the other has been searching for. Is anyone shipping Izayoi x Shiroyasha?

        • Foshizzel says:

I haven’t been shipping them, but why not I support Shiroyasha x Izayoi! Who knows maybe she can transform just like the loli-vampire-maid? I would love to see an older Shiroyasha xD

          • skylion says:

My better interests prevent me from any support.

            • skylion says:

…and Shiroyasha is perfect as she is….

            • BlackBriar says:

It’s to be expected. We wouldn’t want you to be seen betraying your love and loyalty to lolis now, would we?

            • skylion says:

              … perish the thought.

          • BlackBriar says:

A lot of shipping possibilities. We got to make as much as we can with what we have. Seems a lot of vampire lolis have a hidden adult form like Leticia, Shinobu and Mina Tepes. If Shiroyasha has one, she’ll most likely be one of the sexiest females in the show and might give Black Rabbit and Leticia a run for their money.

            • skylion says:

Evangeline AKA McDowell also had an adult form. Loli? Check. Vampire? Check. Blonde? Check. Adult Form? Check. Audit Complete, we have a character.

To claim sexiest, she has to beat You-chan.

            • Di Gi Kazune says:

Yes she would be. Front cover on one of the LNs. Too bad we won’t see Season 2. *sigh* why is it the good shows don’t get S2.

        • HannoX says:

I’m not so sure about that despite their shared interests. I think Izayoi’s approach to eroticism may be too crude for Shiroyasha’s refined tastes. I think it more likely that she’d take him under her wing and teach him the finer points of erotica. So it’d be a master and student relationship rather than a romantic one.

And boy, I’d love to see an OVA or two about that!

          • skylion says:

Ok, you’re the producer, get a staff. Make it snappy…

            • BlackBriar says:

And I’ll be here waiting to make the review. I have high expectations. 🙂

            • HannoX says:

Sounds like I’d better get started on an outline script covering the major beats which the episode writers can then flesh out. Let’s see, there’s got to be a lecture from Shiroyasha where she tells Izayoi that a pretty girl is like a beautifully wrapped Christmas present. First you take your time admiring the beauty of the wrappings. Then when the time is right, you remove the ribbon and slowly and lovingly begin to unwrap (undress) the present (girl)…

Yeah, that ought to work for one of the beats, especially if at the same time she’s demonstrating this with one of her servant girls.

  2. skylion says:

I feel so sorry for You-chan. But I am glad she was able to quit the battle with dignity. I think the Will o’ Wisp commu is going to be a frightfully good ally for the no-names.

Sigh. A plague loli to add to the harem? This is a hard decision.

Alright, a preview of some dragon loli power. Hopefully more power plays happen as we only have two more eps to go. She needs to kick some major tiny butt.

    • Foshizzel says:

Yeah I wonder if there is an alliance in the works between them? I would like that ;D

LOLOLOL Yeah I was like more loli girls for Skylions harem xD

YESH I NEED MORE DRAGON GIRL! She is cool and I am curious to see her fight, but I would also like to see how powerful Shiroyasha is before the series wraps up…

  3. BlackBriar says:

Whoa! I knew things were going to get bad because of the prophecy but this is beyond expectations. I could litterally feel the atmosphere get darker as soon as those three came in. It’s a shame You couldn’t win her Gift Game. I think she’s a loner in the matches because she wants to prove herself.

Izayoi sure knows how to make an introduction. Violence first, talking later. Replaying a scene over and over again should be against the law but it was irresistable. He continues to be awesome because his intelligence matches his inhuman strength even if he’s lazy at times. I didn’t realize he figured out pretty much all the secrets of the enemy community so quickly.

The perverted duo of Izayoi and Shiroyasha. Her reasoning and philosophy about Black Rabbit’s skirt is so ridiculous that she deserves an award. Her guidelines would make perverts everywhere cheer uncontrolably. In Koutora-san, we have Manabe and the grandfather and in Mondaiji, we have these two.

The introductions of all these new characters, including You’s Gift Game opponent so close to end usually means there could be another season. I hope there’s confirmation right as the show is on its curtain call because it’s just good.

    • HannoX says:

Shiroyasha makes an excellent point. Teasing and almost seeing what’s hidden then leaving it to the viewer to imagine what’s hidden is one of the most erotic things there is. But then finally being able to catch a glimpse of Kurousagi’s panties as a payoff would make it even better.

Of the two, Shiroyasha is more of the connoisseur of eroticism. Izayoi just wants to see Kurousagi’s panties and I suppose see her naked without the teasing and build-up to it. Shiroyasha has the more sophisticated and dirtier mind.

  4. Highway says:

I’m still pretty impressed with how the show changed from such a predictable shounen basic show in the first two episodes to something that’s become very interesting. We’re still seeing Izayoi be tested, but I don’t think he’ll be bested, just because he doesn’t go all out at the beginning. It doesn’t look particularly good for the rest of the town, tho, with everyone under the piper’s spell.

The solo fight for You was the bit that was a little too predictable, but I thought it was really interesting that her opponent actually came over and talked to her. It shows a really different side of the whole Little Garden dynamic, where before we’d only seen fights between people who would be mortal enemies. But in this game, even if Ayese (?) was a bit haughty and unfriendly, there wasn’t that same feeling of ‘I will destroy you’, just a ‘I’m gonna really win to prove I’m better’ thing.

    • Foshizzel says:

Oh yes Izayoi is probably having the time of his life right now and hopefully we get to see him kick ass next week, but I still think it is nice that he doesn’t save the day always! Instead most of the females end up saving everyone.

I figured Kaskabe would own in that, but having her lose works for me even though this is kind of a festival and the point was to have fun with it I think…course with two episodes left I suppose they have to wrap up the tournament quickly and focus on the real plot.

      • Highway says:

I think we’re seeing the ‘real plot’. The last thing in this 10-ep series is probably going to be how they get out of this predicament with the Demon Lord and the Hamelin community.

        • Foshizzel says:

True I looked back at the opening and these new villains were in that opening so I guess this might be the best time to wrap it up! I can picture everyone winning their fight next time and ep 10 probably ending with everyone returning to their own worlds? Something like that…

          • skylion says:

Oh, no. Not the Dog Days ending! The last thing we want is Mondajii'<——dash.

            • Foshizzel says:

I never got to see Dog Days because it just wasn’t for me, but since I hear people say Mondaiji is like Dog Days maybe I should give it another shot? I dropped it after episode one of season one…

I assume MC-kun in Dog Days returned to his world after season one? xDD

            • skylion says:

Both Dog Days and Mondaiji feature combat that is treated as highly organized warfare; with neither one ending in icky death.
In DD, both sides gamble huge amounts of money with winner taking all. In DDDash, it got to three sides. You also get crowing rights, and your nation becoming richer. It’s looks like the Olympics/American Gladiator/and professional level athletics combinging and having a fuzzy kid. With mild ecchi.
In Mondaiji, you have the Gifts being fought for, along with crowing rights and community growth. Both also feature demons as unseen/potential villian antagonists. Mondaiji does not feature stripper-iffic combat damage. This is a great sadness.

Yeah, the make a big deal about MC-kun forgetting everything when he returns, and when he returns he can’t come back. By the last show of S1, it’s handwaved, and he brings two cute girls in with him for S2. With ecchi.

            • Highway says:

Well, we have seen icky death in Mondaiji, so I don’t think that it’s quite the same as Dog Days (which I haven’t seen). I definitely think there’s the possibility of more Mondaiji, depending on how commercially successful it is. But I don’t think everyone will go back to their planets / dimensions. Why would Asuka, You, and Izayoi be interested in doing that? Every indication is that there’s nothing there for them, no challenge. They all LOVE the Little Garden, so they’re not going anywhere.

            • skylion says:

Yeah, I realized there was some icky death nearly the moment I hit the submit button. But, much like DD, Mondaiji presents is as rather clean K.O.
DD:Lots of swords, and pikes, and guns, and artillery and you either lose armour/clothing or you turn into a fuwa fuwa critter-ball.
Mondaiji: Same pointy bits, and clean KO.

Dropping in to say tht Pumpkin reminds me of the Pumpkin mascot in FT XD

    BUNBUN endcard!? Must get it!

    • belatkuro says:

It’s pretty weird to hear two of the deepest and most GAR voices around, Hayami Show(Mondaiji) and Fujiwara Keiji(FT), play these pumpkin characters. So unnatural yet so awesome.

      • D-LaN says:

GG searching Hayami Show reveal tht he voiced Nichiya/Ichiya =________= Oh how I hate them……

        Hmm been considering to watch this but I ady have so many thing on my plate atm ^.^;

    • Foshizzel says:

I was thinking Brook from One Piece he has a similar laugh of YOHOHOHOHO!

Still it was a fun random character!

  6. KLACMAN says:

& now give all snap yea cue total attack invasion.

really seeing how most everyone not-named izayoi got tough fight & all he!! broken loose with mind-control WALKERS attack the city.

    & 2eps left how this wrap-up?

    • Foshizzel says:

Yep only two episodes to go which makes me sad T______T

      • BlackBriar says:

Somebody break out the tissues. Why do the good shows always get cut short?

        • D-LaN says:

You guys said tht in every season XD

          • Foshizzel says:

Yeah I know I know, but it is sad to see our favorite things go away!

          • BlackBriar says:

Hahaha!! We know but we can’t help it. It’s unbearable to see something good come to an end.

  7. skylion says:

Again, I have to note the worldbuilding in the show. The fact they based some of the Wo’W commu on some very real revealed facts (the lights are natural gas) shows some great foresight.

Now is this a clue to the Rattenfanger game?

    • Foshizzel says:

The world building is very fun indeed.

      Could be!

    • BlackBriar says:

It’s funny. Just the mention of the words “Will-O-Wisp” makes me think of a Pokémon attack based on the same name.

      • Foshizzel says:

I think of the original Everquest because you actually kill these wisps that dropped an orb called a “Will-O-Wisp” which doubles as a light source for races that can’t see well in the dark xD

      • skylion says:

        I think of methane…..

        • HannoX says:

Yeah, I think of methane and the old European tales of how will-o-wisps lured lone travelers to their deaths in isolated areas, which swampy ground and bogs would have been.

          • BlackBriar says:

Wow. That sounds like material for a good horror movie. Being in places like that all alone is enough to induce despair.

            • HannoX says:

You’re right. That would make a good horror movie. Especially when you consider that they’ve recovered a number of Iron Age bodies from bogs, who were either human sacrifices or criminals whose bodies were thrown into the bogs.

            • BlackBriar says:

Just from that alone, can anyone say potential zombie movie? All you need is a curse and you’re good to go.

            • skylion says:

I’ve run a D&D type game with just that scenario in mind quite a few times.

    • Highway says:

One thing that actually really bugged me about the fight was that “Oh, it’s natural gas, she can smell it.” But no! Methane itself is odorless! The reason it has that stinky smell that we completely associate with it is because the suppliers add that in very small amounts to alert people to the presence of a natural gas leak. So why would the Ayese’s will o’ the wisp gas have an odor?

      Just something that bugged me.

  8. skylion says:

I wish they were in season, I could make some pumpkin bread. Pumpernickel Pumpkin Bread…..for the methane. It’s a gas.
