Something really hooked me up on True Tears until its end. From the outpouring emotions and deep characters to the excellent soundtrack and seiyuu-work. It had became one of my favorite romance anime ever. It shows on how the generic love triangle plot can be done differently.

The series in its latter parts had became more emo but it still left us in memorable comedic moments. It’s really witty and golden.

Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto ~Natsu no Sora~
When slice-of-life is added with mage magic, would it still be called as slice of life anymore? Someday’s Dreamer ~Summer Sky~ still managed to have connections with that. From the breathtaking backdrops to the soundtrack, not to mention it’s story and characters, this series is really how I wanted a slice-of-life genre would be.

I have nothing much to say. Action in awesome animation and execution. Besides that, I also would like to name SOUL EATER as my favorite shounen series of the year.

I name Junjou Romantica my most favorite yaoi this series because it’s 24 episodes of hot bishies %$@##%XXing the hell out of each other!!! no, it’s not the guys only, but it’s because it explores more about relationships and it never failed to make me giggle with it’s cute and funny moments.

Kaiba had a really interesting premise, in a world where life and death can be altered, and memories of peopple can be transferred to a new body when they die. Plus, this is not a kid’s show, despite it’s “one-of-a-kind” animation style.

Ah. I had to change the website for the first time ever while commenting (yay? But I screwed up on the last one, heh).
*gasp* The incest kiss made it up there? The most *GASP*-inducing moment in Shugo Chara ever? Damn straight then.
I love how you managed to get all three ToraDora girls in there (they deserve it). And hell yes favorite trap is reserved for Mariya.
And I second the, “OMG I WANT THOSE CLOTHES!!!†Award (I’m still trying to find her kitty hat. I’ll have suck it up and just make one.)
Seeing “SINGLE LADIES [Put a Ring on it]” made me laugh. First time I ever really heard that video was on a skit on SNL that was…um yeah. But my goodness, you certainly did get all of the best songs from 2008 (lol, plus some ones I never listened to, but they certainly are good).
These favorites are so awesome, that they have to be excused for being late.
