The song is very catchy and it’s like a sweet, sugary delight everytime I listen to it. Just by the first few beats that play while an episode is ending, we all know that it would be Vanilla Salt. I love this song and I can’t stop listening and singing with it! ~Banira Saruto de Burning Love~ XD

02: my dear friend by Thelma Aoyama – Shion no Ou

Actually, I’m so not a fan of Shion no Ou but I’m more of a Thelma Aoyama fan. The song was very nice and calm and Thelma’s voice is very nice. Plus, it’s accompanied by a very peaceful video. Well, I’m a fan so this song gets my #2 spot of my most favorite ending sequences this year!

01: Northern Cross by May’n – Macross Frontier

So, you thought that all those Macross F Eds were so over, you’re wrong. This is definitely my most favorite ending theme of the year. It’s because the song was really powerful, without being boring at all, compared to the other EDs of Macross Frontier (but hey, I’m not syaing that they’re boring…). The beats and the rock-and-roll thing was awesome. May’n really did a great job. Plus, the animation was accompanied by cool flashing lights (I luv shinneh things XD). I’m more of a Ranka fangirl but Sheryl’s Northern Cross still gets my #1 spot because it’s just great and amazing ^_^.

Yes! Vanilla Salt! I’d actually say it’s my #1 or maybe #2 favorite ED that I’ve seen this year, but then I’ve seen some pretty old stuff recently, so I’m not sure it counts :p

The scene for Diamond Crevasse is epic, but you might want to put spoiler warning because it can ruin the experience for some people who have not seen Macross Frontier yet, but will see it at some point.
