Music Digest – Recent Singles
Recent releases for Natsume Yuujinchou San (OP Single), No.6 (ED Single), Kamisama no Memochou (ED Single 2) and UtaPri (Cecil Insert Song).
Minnah, Tadaima~ Well, that was my status message for 2009 on Facebook today but somehow it seems appropriate here as well after two years because I’ve been busy more than a bee. Things have been happening at work with long hours but I won’t bore you with details. I know though that all of you have been waiting for our Fall Review and worries not, it’s underway and would be awesome as always when released. While we chug long hours on it to make it pwetty and informative, I thought to refresh your minds with the recent music releases that have been keeping my spirits up.
I’ve been looking more than forward to Natsume and No.6 releases but whoa boy, SuzuKen, his Asunaro for Kamisama no Memochou is quite epic; I ended up liking Aru Wakusei more than Asunaro. Coming to HOW MERRY MERRY’s take on Natsume Yuujinchou San‘s OP Single, I was quite surprised with the almost five minute long full version and I liked it even more than the TV Size. Tiny and Made in “I Love You” is quite head bopping as well. Don’t even get me started on No.6‘s Rokutousei no Yoru… Aimer just touches your heart with the moving words and leaves you with a lot of hope. I’m reminded of YUI’s moving voice whenever I hear Aimer; don’t forget to check out Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, so cute and somehow makes sense with a No.6 Single insertion. And of course, who can forget Aladdin’s Cecil’s entry in the UtaPri land? I’ll let the fangirls rejoice this release. Anyways, that’s that and I’ll go back to the huge block of editing. Oh goodness I think I need to amend that statement THE ENTIRE SINGLE IS BEAUTIFUL!!♥ Kanashima wa Aurora ni is so subtly sweet.. and how on earth does she make Twinkle Twinkle Little Star sound so brilliant?

I love Asunaro. It’s a slow-paced song with some rock. Rokutousei no Yoru is so beautiful when I listen to it while remembering the snowing pictures in No.6’s ending video.

Agreed. I like Aru Wakusei no Hanashi better than Asunaro. It’s still really good though. : D
