Summer love & Fall plans

Time for some Summer love, team fun style~

Kyokai: Ack, I know we are late… but with Summer ending and a lot of work/studies piling up. This particular collaboration took more than weeks. Not to mention originally this post had more material than just fall plans and Summer top fives but due to less time expect another team post by end of October, which would be definitely entertaining to say the least and eye candy too. XD

A big thanks to Hato for helping me out in formatting this post and initial draft or else I would have published this on the 30th of September, which would not have been cool. Before getting into Fall plans though, let’s round up the Summers and what could be a better way than sharing our top five titles that we followed heartily throughout these months? ^^

Hato-kun: So, Summer wasn’t the best season to grace the anime community, but it did have a few diamonds in the rough.

1. K-ON!! Please don’t hurt me. K-ON is awesome. I’m a Kyo Ani whore. Lucky Star was awesome, I’m a Haruhi nut and K-ON is awesome. Haters gonna hate. It’s just stupid girls being stupid, and really, what’s the harm in that? That, and I love playing along with the songs (I play drums, if you didn’t already know).

2. Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin: Aghast! You’ve caught me. Yeah, Occult, in my opinion, is one of the best shows I’ve watched this season (half of the reason is episode 11 alone). Original, wonderfully animated, funny, smooth, badass and more. Apart from a few sketchy moments here and there, it’s been an extremely worthwhile show. Unlike HOTD….

3. Seitokai Yakuindomo: It’s hilarious! I find it to be one of the funniest shows this season, not just because of the blatant overuse of sexual humor, but mainly because of Tsuda. His lines are just perfectly delivered. Despite it being similar to Mitsudomoe humor wise, I rank it higher because SYD actually had some awesome serious moments. That were ruined ;_;

4.  Amagami SS: Yes yes, I know I’ve been reviewing this. It’s a good show, don’t get me wrong, it’s just not the best thing since sliced bread. Maybe even bread. Or is that too mean? Bread is awesome, don’t get me wrong, so maybe Amagami is the best thing since bread when they were put in those plastic bags?

5. Mitsudomoe: Someone told me to watch some anime about a kindergarten a while back, because it was apparently funny. I didn’t watch because I thought it would be a little weird watching a comedy like that. I checked out Mitsudomoe because the same friend recommended it. Well, thank you, same friend. Mitsudomoe is hilarious, and I do not regret watching it.

Overcooled:

1. Shiki: I always considered Shiki to be the dark horse of the summer season. I knew it would be good, but figured that a lot of people wouldn’t like the slow pacing. It was always building up, up, up and then BAM! All of a sudden the plot took off, leaving us with nail-biting cliffhangers every episode. It’s one of the few anime where you simply cannot predict what will happen next~

2. Highschool of the Dead: Contrary to Shiki, Highschool of the Dead started off strong, then sort of fizzled out towards the end (aside from the nice finale). While many were turned off by the fanservice, it was just something that was THERE but didn’t make things worse for me. As long as they’re killing things while their panties are flashing, it’s all good. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s ecchi, there’s a lot of really good action and even slivers of believable drama…. Also: Miyuki Sawashiro.

3. Sengoku Basara 2: Somehow they managed to make season two even wilder than the first one. There are just too many moments to mention where something so ridiculously awesome happens that your jaw literally drops. When was the last time you saw someone part the sea for the length of an entire battle with just one punch? HUH? I thought so.

4. K-ON!! Deep down, I know this is a moeblob show about literally nothing. How is it that watching a bunch of girls do nothing is so entertaining? It truly is a mystery…I preferred season one more, but this last season had its charm. Mugi got a lot of development and I got to see more of Azunyan~!! I’ve fallen in love with the characters so much that I don’t want the series to end T.T I will miss you, Houkago Tea Time!

5. Katanagatari: This has the most unique art, that’s for sure. But it’s not just beautiful; it’s got a lot of substance too. Each week we get to see the capture of a new sword, a new strategy from Togame, and a new battle for Shichika. These 3 things never fail to be interesting to watch. Not to mention that there’s a lot of subtle character growth happening too. The show has a LOT of talking, which can be a bit tiring – but it’s starting to find a better balance of action and “let’s explain every little thing.” I reallyyyy encourage more people to start watching this!

Hoshi: I was a bit lazy this Summer season (well, REALLY lazy) and I only managed to watch two Summer titles, so instead of my top 5, it’ll be top 2 ^^;

1. Kuroshitsuji II: If you know me, this was no surprise. I can’t believe A-1 did such an amazing job on this second season; I was extremely impressed with the animation and the twisted storyline. I think even if the animation was a bit off, the story would have seriously made up for it.

There were so many unexpected twists from the new characters, to the reappearance of Ciel and Sebastian, to the sudden plot twists, and finally to the shocking ending. I’ve actually started to adore the ending more and more than from what I had wrote on the last episode review.~ What I loved the most about this season was the total burn Sebastian got throughout the whole season! xD In the first season we all knew him as the flawless, bad-ass butler, but then WHAM! Second season comes along and he ends up losing to Claude, getting hated by Ciel, and even loses in the ending! Poor Sebas-chan, A-1 thought it was fun to mess with you, heh.

I also really miss Alois <3 Many fans hated him and his bipolar-ness, but after a while he softened our hearts, especially after one of those tricky plot twists came along. I loved him from the very beginning! I thought he was a really interesting character, and he was just so cute. Aloisss~!! ;A; Anyways, a lot of people have speculation of a third season for Kuroshitsuji, but personally I don’t really want one. I think it ended at such a great spot, and the way it ended really doesn’t leave much room for more butler-shota adventures.

Overall Kuroshitsuji II seriously blew my mind, and I’m still sad that it’s ended, but it was a good ride~!

2. Shiki: I was threatened….urr, recommend to watch this by the lovely Overcooled and Kyokai, and I have to say I’m glad I did! Even if it did start off painfully slow, I was quickly reeled in with all this death and mystery surrounding this village, I’ve managed to get to episode 9 and I’m dying to see more~

The characters desgins are rather…interesting. There are a lot of strange hairstyles that really bother me, but I’m loving their eyes, especially the way the eyes look like on the vampires when they’re going to attack. I’d also like to add that…MASAO FREAKS ME OUT SO MUCH.

I’m not even kidding! Every time he comes out I get chills x’D His face and his voice are just an awful combination of creepiness. When he died, I literally jumped in my chair out of happiness! Yet he came back alive, and the chills followed =3=; I’m really excited to continue watching Shiki, even if Masao is still there~.

Ryuuko: As would be expected of me, I’ve only really been following the ones with cuteness expected here and there. (Sorry!)

I’d probably put Seitokai Yakuindomo at the top of my list as it provided a whole lot of amusement right up to its finishing moments. At the beginning I was like o.o, most times after that I was like O.O;;; but now that it’s about to end I’m very much ;_;. It fills the pure humour void that this season kind of suffered from so I’d be a damn lying liar if I didn’t express how much I’ll miss it.

K-ON!! which I’ve surprisingly loved since I saw the first episode of season one provides much hurt to let go of but I’m happy they’ve been given such a long and pretty successful run so it would be unthinkable for me not to put it on my list. Any more talk of it here would end in me being sad for the rest of the day so…

Also Strike Witches 2 which I’m embarrassed to like but actually really love. Ignoring the fanservicey nature of the entire thing, it’s actually really funny! And also very cute in parts and that’s pretty much all you need to win me over with this kind of ‘something to take the stress away’ series.

Ookami-san does deserve a mention even though the ending was a letdown. There were definitely some good episodes among the lot and I don’t think it’s fair to write it off just because the Hitsujikai plotline ended ridiculously.

Obviously it’s not a Summer anime and I’m years behind but I think Clannad needs to get a special mention here! Baku and Hato swore that this was a must see series and as expected they were absolutely right. I know it’s weird and I know it’s unfair but this bests everything I’ve seen this season so can’t not say anything about it! The reason I say that is that it kind of broke into my chest and squeezed my heart at the exact points when I wasn’t expecting anything to happen. Anything that can do that is a precious gem.

Also – since I’m breaking rules, I also thought the Yankee-kun to megane-chan j-dorama was awesome and am now in girl-love <3 with Naka Riisa and AND weird people did watch AKB48’s Majisuka Gakuen. One of them was me.

The anime I’m sure I’ve ‘missed out on’ are of course Shiki, HOTD and Occult which I know are probably awesome but I scare easy so I don’t watch series like this unless I’m in a weird, the world is going to end as we know it, kind of mood and even then I usually settle for spending my last few sane hours watching Azumanga Daioh.

Wow. That was like a confession. If you’re judging, please do it silently =o

Masu: Regarding the summer season…to be honest I haven’t watched much. 😀 I think my top show of the summer would have to be K-ON!! For some strange reason I’ve had a soft spot for this show since season one; getting to know about the characters outside of the club, most notably Sawako-sensei and Ui made the second season very enjoyable.

I think it goes without saying that HOTD would be in my top shows, isn’t it in everyones? And you guys may hate me for it, but I liked LoLHeroes. It was clichéd as hell, but I liked the main character. I really want to see how he develops, I want to see if his un-ragemode will one day rival his ragemode.

I also liked Asobi ni Ikuyo, but looking at the summer “what are you watching” poll though, it seems like I was the only one. =3= buu! Even though it wasn’t the show I wanted it to be, I thought it was good enough to hold my interest.

I wish they paid less attention to fanservice and more on the story. There is so much that can be said about the political matters of the show, as well as the backgrounds and dynamic of Momiji and Kiyo’s childhood friend (sorry, I forgot their names already :B). They also should have developed the romantic square (there’s three girls and one guy) along non-clichéd lines, but alas, what we do about it?

Lastly, I guess I can lump Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin in here. I lost interest, but Kyo says that’s cuz I haven’t watched ep 11 yet. This has yet to be proven though. Hurr hurr.

Kyokai: This was easy even when a lot of series ended in September, few of which I had some expectations from but did not make the cut because of their mundane-ness (yeah, I’m looking at you Kaichou wa Maid-sama!).

1. Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin: I guess when you talk about ani-bloggers, we do get biased over the shows we blog. I picked this up because it seemed strange enough with the right mix of supernatural and that epic starter episode sealed the deal. I highly enjoyed theorizing every plot detail and the end was BAMF enough for me to make this my top contender.

2. Shiki: This was topping my last ani-stats and the only thing going bad for this one is it’s three weeks hiatus. I love fangirling Natsuno & Tohru, so seriously getting withdrawal pains. I guess, its good that Fall starts in two days.

3. Highschool of the Dead: This sure ended with a whimper; though I can’t blame the plot much as the manga has been marinating alone for quite some time. I love a good horror, if you catch my drift from Shiki; so zombie-fest is a cherry on top. Finally I can proudly say fanservice didn’t bother me, I just passed it by waving my hand distantly like a trained model. XD

4. Giant Killing: I would love another season! I can blame it on Flags for getting me into football again but it was awesome marathoning this while FIFA was underway. The characters really set this one apart while Tatsumi went crazy with his strategies. This is not just another sports anime, this is the story of underdogs that would keep you glued to your screen till the ED plays and you say, I want MOAR!

5. Sengoku Basara Ni: I’ve been postponing seeing this for quite some time but I finally caught up after OC’s nudging and did I love it?! NO LIMIT! Blame it on the MANLY love and awesome fight sequences. I always love those being a girl of action myself. I loved the silliness yet many strategies played across a vast land; Date Masamune and Sanada Yukimura entertained me to no end. I’m definitely looking forward to that movie. You see~ Party o ware ne~ XD

Fall ani-blogging plans:

After that giant Fall review, all of us put our heads together to see who would be interested in which titles and if you see our comments, we do have a varied taste but there’s some overlapping too so some blood was shed and word battles won. Not to mention, a man went out of commission because of monumental course-work including theater. Yes, sir Flags won’t be joining our flanks this fall but we can always say, Gambatte ne; good luck, grant thee thy Demetrius!

Finally, we have a solid plan of what we will be doing in Fall and oh man, it sure looks BUSY!!!

We are covering the first impressions of almost all fall shows except for the few kiddie or mecha ones which did not get any volunteers. • Panty and Stockings
  • Bakuman
  • Psychic Detective Yakumo
  • My Sister Can’t be This Cute
  • Tegami Bachi Reverse
  • Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge
  • Shinryaku! Ika Musume
  • The World God Only Knows
  • Togainu no Chi
  • Soredemo Machi
  • Index II
  • Kuragehime

This is what we came up with but you can also vote for your choice in the sidebar poll or at the bottom of this post. And as we love reading your comments, let us know your top five titles that made an impression on you in Summers.

Like us many readers are looking forward to Fall. So, ARE YOU READY GUYS?!

    Ah, I haven’t watched half of these. \D;

    Ooo, busy schedule indeed. I’m especially looking forward to anyone’s thoughts on Panty and Stocking and to see who’ll drop it the fastest. lol xD;

Other than that, I expect Bakuman, Psychic Detective Yakumo, Index and OreImou to be the most promising even though I’m not watching that last one. Oh, and Arakawa as well…for those who loved the first season anyways.

My actual top preferences are The World Only God Knows and Otome Youkai Zakuro but still have to really wait and see what they’re like before saying anything else.

K, then. METANORN TEAM FIGHTO! :cheer: *DORK*

    \3

    • Overcooled says:

It’s okay, I have a backlog of anime I haven’t watched from waaaaayyyy back T.T

Everyone is either really excited or really tentative when it comes to PnS from what I can see XD I completely agree with all of your popular predictions too~ Although I can’t see myself watching Index, OreImo, or WOGK and enjoying them myself…they will be popular XD

      Uwaaa, we’ll do our best~! =D

    • Masu says:

im so curious as to why everyone is afraid of PnS. this interested me a LOT. i mean its done by the TTGL guys, and its about action on top of action on top of sexual humor on top of explosions. sounds like pure win for me. o.O

but yes, arakawa and index…HHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH how long must i wait?!

  2. Masu says:

why did my lovely PnS get one vote? QQ (srsly)

and im the leader for two tag-team shows? WHA——-

    • Kyokai says:

Lol, imagine the sexy PPG! I’ll still watch. XD

Btw, responsibilities are good; stop complaining before I keeeeeel you.

    • amado says:

I saw PnS and it was…. unique
well lets just say if they keep it up, im gonna be following it

  3. AppleSauce says:

Omg! I’m totally looking forward to Bakuman and Tegami Bachi Reverse!
When I saw the season 2 and seeing OC getting so excited about it, I got curious and watched season 1, and omg, I totally fell in love with it! <3
The other ones I'm interested are Shinrei Tantei Yakumo and Togainu no Chi!
    Can't wait, can't wait~! ^w^

  4. Trusx says:

Yay! Fall season is almost here! I’m so exited, Bakuman, Togainu no Chi, Arakawa x2, Index II, Detective Yakumo. I’m looking foward to watching a lot of good anime this season. In my opinion senseless/random anime like Lucky Star and K-On burn your brain, my eye twitches every time I watch an episode =.= But almost everyone of you mentioned KOn so I feel like you’re gonna eat me alive if I continue.
Anyway, I’m looking foward for your blogs, specially Bakuman and Arakawa n0n.

  5. Hoshi says:

~OHMY I’m gonna be soooooo busy this October |’D :dot (Dear School, please be nice to me so I can have lot of time for the fall… :bow )
It looks like a lot of people want to see Bakuman; I’m gonna have to do my best and give some good episodics! *3* Same with Togainu no Chi~.

  6. Teabie says:

I have EIGHT titles which I want to catch this Fall, which is a major record-breaker for myself, because I’m a nit-picker and I don’t have time since I hold a full-time job and also have correspondence studies (yeah, I’m crazee).

You guys look so organised and busy!!! Well done though, I’ll be back here VERY often. 😉 Keep up the good work, guys and gals!

    • Overcooled says:

Busy, busy huh~? Let’s hope your 8 titles end up being good ones.

Ehehehe, Kyokai really knows how to organize things…I feel like I hardly did anything~! ^.^ (But maybe that’s just me and now I’m going to get yelled at…). We’re all going to be in overdrive mode once the Fall Season starts though. *rolls up sleeves* Yeeooosshh see you again soon! Hopefully we won’t get sick of you. :3

  7. I’m totally excited about Bakuman and Shinrei Tantei Yakumo~ lol But I guess it’s just me fangirling over stuff that I recently read and fell in love with.

Can’t wait to see all your impressions~ ^^ Love visiting this site a lot.

    • Kyokai says:

Fufufuuu~ These two are definitely fangirly shows. I haven’t read Bakuman manga just because I knew anime was coming out but I couldn’t keep my hands off Shinrei so I’ve already read its first story. I love Saitou!

We love your comments too, dolls-chan~ <333

  8. Chanda says:

Thank you guys for the previous season.
I am superr excited for this new season :cute:
    Ganbare~
    :thumb:

    • Kyokai says:

You just gave me an idea for the next team post. :glasses

Thanks and we’ll try to do our best! ^^

  9. Captain says:

    Yay, Fall! 😀
I’m looking forward to Arakawa Season 2~ And Tegami Bachi Reverse, and Bakuman.
Can’t wait to see your reviews too 🙂

    • Kyokai says:

I’ll definitely be following these and some more. Fall is going to be hella busy! Though, we’ll try our best to keep you entertained. XD

  10. Namika says:

yay!! ^^ can’t wait for some wind of changes, since the summer season wasn’t that good. I didn’t even watch most of the shows…… so my list is:
    1. Shiki.
Definitely, my favorite! The pace indeed was specific, along with the style but it’s all good for me!! ^^ except that I’m starting to crawl up the walls for the next episode :kill

    2. Kuroshitsuji II
This one left a bitter aftertaste, for all the Sebastian fangirls out there, and I’m not an exception T_T on everything else, I enjoyed the 2nd season to the bits.

    3. H.O.T.D.
Yeah, the fanservice was rather annoying but I’ve still enjoyed what I saw. (I’ve got 2 episodes left to watch ^^”) I’m indeed a sucker for all supernatural, zombies and a lot of blood **

    • Overcooled says:

Summer season didn’t have a lot to offer, it’s true. But Fall is ONE DAY AWAY!!! 8D

I ended up watching Kuroshitsuji II as well, originally I wasn’t going to. It was actually pretty good! I was so surprised! XD And of course, I’ve been covering the other 2 so I share your love for the two~ 8D …Although more love goes to Shiki…^^

      • Namika says:

good to hear, that you liked Kuroshitsuji!!!! ^^ though I liked the first season so much more, Depressed Sebastian is just too much to bear.))))
Well, Shiki is definitely one of my favorite series of the year!
YES! Fall is one day away and I can’t wait for it!!

  11. amado says:

nooo :sad3 , no yosuga no sora in the choices(unless its already guaranteed)
yay :thumb: , another person who likes strike witches, its really a decent one if you like yuri couples IMO
I also see seitokai yukuindomo 2 times, a really fun(ny) comedy series to watch

    • Kyokai says:

Don’t worry, Amado, Masu will be doing a first impression of Yogusa no sora for sure and if he likes it, he would go for episodics or arc-wise coverage too.

    • Masu says:

i’m actually really looking forward to watching yosuga no sora. though if it disappoints, it will be reviewed by one of the harshest critics evar: me. :X

  12. nagi says:

Hooray for Fall season! I’m definitely looking forward to watching Bakuman (been following the manga and it’s really interesting) and Arakawa 2 (more Maaya Sakamoto! 😉 )

    Go Team Metanorn!!! :omg:

    • Kyokai says:

Arigatou, nagi-chan~ We would definitely do our best. Also, if you are Sakamoto Maaya fine (like the fangirl me), do check out Star Driver as well, which I’ll only be watching because of her, Bones, Miyano Mamoru and Fukuyama Jun.

      • Masu says:

im hoping that SD doesnt turn into “just another Bones mecha” show.

      • nagi says:

Miyano Mamoru and Fukuyama Jun as well?! OMG i’m definitely checking this out! although the mecha design doesn’t appeal too much to me (and i’m not that fond of mecha anime) but having Bones handle this plus the stellar seiyuu cast makes me think that SD may not be bad at all. I hope. 😉

        • Kyokai says:

I didn’t like the designs at all and I’m not into mecha (only watched TTGL and Evangelion) as well but Bones and seiyuu are the only things still keeping me interested. Let’s see how this turns up…

        • Kyokai says:

I take my words back. Don’t watch Star Driver at all! X__x

  13. Tofu says:

Anyone looking forward to “My sister can’t be this cute”? xD i definitely agree with K-ON being in the top 5 since i’m a major K-ON lover~! Mio Akiyama~! <3 it's been a good season, especially with good shows like HOTD, Seitokai Yukuindomo, Occult Academy and wait…. what about Nurarihyon no Mago anyone? (i..i..i think it's good…) don’t hurt me~! please~! :sad6 definetly looking forward to Bakuman since nearly EVERYONE says it’s good so i’ll give it a try and also my sister can’t be this cute for the humor..

I wish the best of luck to you all in Metanorn since you got studies as well (ganbatte METANORN!!!!) :thumb:

    • Overcooled says:

I’m pretty tentative about that one XD But K-ON! is always win. Gotta say, Azunyan’s seiyuu has been doing a good job too~ Bakuman should be awesome too, I have to watch that soon…XD

I only watched half of the first episode of Nurarihyon, but didn’t think I’d like it. Does it pick up after a while?

Yeosh, thanks! We shall post like mad AND get all our homework done to boot :sparkle

      • Tofu says:

actually for Nurarihyon, i liked the first ep, it gave a slow build up of tension for me and YES! it picks up alright! xD but it’s sad how it’s only ending at 23 eps? or so? the manga’s still going :thumb:
        if only they kept going…

i do agree with you OC but i also say Mio’s seiyuu been going alright (for me anyways) Hikasa Yoko starred in K-ON, Occult Academy AND Seitokai Yukuindomo xD i wonder what other anime’s she’s starring in…
err.. besides Seiko no qwaser, the uncensored is disturbing.. (however you spell the anime ><")

        K-ON… :baww2: i'll definetly miss that anime

PS: teach me some skills with completing my homework faster, ti seems like you guys can WHILE posting like MAD xD

        • Overcooled says:

Oh? Maybe I should look into it…I’ll probably read the manga instead (even though the anime has a sexy seiyuu cast) since I can get through chapters faster to see if I like the story 8D

Mio’s been doing just fine too of course XD I still have to watch episode 26 so it’s not over for me yet XD And omg, I watched the first uncensored episode of that for kicks and it was terrible…I guess there are guys out there who like that kind of stuff though.

lol, I don’t have a secret, sadly. Somehow all of this biochemistry gets done, I wish I could tell you how XD

        • Tofu says:

Sure, i do prefer the manga rather the anime since the anime usually sways away from the main story line… i dont know what those GUYS do in there life… but it’s true, this world is so big there would be at least 1 guy who is into that stuff out there…

aww~ no secret? lols alright, i’ll try and cope OC xD

  14. Carl says:

Metanorn peoples, I don’t know if you guys think it’s dumb, but I promise you that Sora No Otoshimo: Forte is one on my really want list. The first season left me dying of laughter. I know it’s extra tons of fanservice but you can wave it aside most of the time. It really just killed me from laughter. Please check it out. Of course, I have a gigantic list of watching and trying out for myself as well other than this. Good luck with blogging this season!

    • Masu says:

what is this about? i need something to fill my time while i wait for the weekly episodes to come out.

  15. busy busy busy!
In my opinion, the best show I’ve watched this season was Seitokai Yakuindomo, I love it’s humor, and well, basically the same reason as Ryuuko xD Although I didn’t get tired of their jokes even once.

I look forward in reading posts from you guys in the fall season..Looking forward to Index II and The world that only god knows 😀

I shall be watching – hidden in the dark 🙂
    (and hopefully commenting more..)
GOOD LUCK WITH BALANCING YOUR BUSY SCHEDULES!

    • Masu says:

its reassuring that you’ll be creeping over my back in the shadows starburst-chan. btw, starburst is like the best candy evar.

    • Kyokai says:

Thank you, Starburst-chan! We will try out best! XD

  16. anaaga says:

i know i’m late here, but what!? nobody’s saying anything about togainu ni chi!? c’mon, it got lots and lots of action and just a tiiinnny little bit of shounen-ai!! D:

    • Kyokai says:

Pssst…. If you read our fall review, we have fangirl’d a lot over this already and that is the reason Hoshi would be covering episodics and not just first impressions. :3

This fall seems very busy for you guys 🙂 although i’m quite surprised about the bakuman hype , i’ve previewed the first episode but personally don’t think it translates that well into an anime :sigh (so far). This season i’m most looking forward to TWOGK :blush2: (just dying waiting for it) and I already saw Panty and Stockings xD :sparkle . I’m still wondering what else is worth watching on a weekly basis and plan on checking here to find out :fufufuu

      Oh it is! We are juggling studies and work… Somehow! ^^;

Don’t worry, Tenshi-chan~ We will keep you updated about what to watch and what to drop. Everything depends on your tastes though. We would definitely be doing episodics on TWGOK and we loved PnS as a whole. Bakuman’s first episode was good (I haven’t read the manga yet), let’s see how it turns up. 😉

    Late post is late…
This may be a redundant post but meh..
I think as for me, Sekimatsu holds the title as favorite show of the season. A really character focused show, and that’s all I asked for. Amagami SS and Shiki is currently up for finishing this season of the now and currently loving this season. Again guyz awesome post because these collab posts are siiiiiiiiiick!

    Tr…errr

@RYUUUKO I NEED YO PROGRESS ON CLANNAD NAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Kyokai says:

Lol! Just when I unpinned this post but we always look forward to your comments. XD

Occult has been my most favourite too and of course Shiki and still watching Amagami (Nanasaki’s cute!). Thanks for the compliment and we love to collaborate. It’s what makes anime watching/reviewing fun! XD

Ryuu’s been MIA for a bit due to shifting and added RL. But current status is that she has watched CLANNAD, loved it and there were tears.
