300th post special!

It’s time to celebrate!!!

It’s already been 7 months since I first started blogging and 2 and a half months ever since I re-started [:METANORN:] again. Sigh, I never knew that a single “OMG, it’s so boring… What if I created a blog?” statement made it this far. All new Metanorn already has 300 posts baby!!! Now what would I talk about in this special post? Hmm… there’s a lot of things to discuss and talk about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New author!

First of all, I wanna introduce you a brand new author who will be helping me from now on in terms of blogging! Welcome tsuiteru, a classmate of mine in school. I just dragged him along in the crazy and fun world of anime blogging because I can’t handle too many shows to blog episodically. He e-mailed me an introductory post so I’ll just copy and paste it here (though I put strikethroughs on some of his useless blabber about me XD):

Hello bloggers, readers and everyone! I’m tsuiteru and I’ll be helping kanzeon on her blogging duties from now on. First of all, kanzeon and I weren’t really friends before but ever since she became my seatmate, I discovered that she’s secretly an anime lover. I’m a total otaku. I started loving anime when I watched Ghost Fighter and Dragon Ball Z on my childhood days. After that, I started knowing a lot of almost all anime that became a hit on our country.

I basically love action, shounen, mystery, thought-provoking and comedy series. I also enjoy slice-of-life and ecchi-harem type of shows very much. My taste differs widely to be honest XD.

I also visit anime blogs before, like Random Curiosity and Memento and I thought that it’s really cool to have one, but I’m really too shy (and witless) on the blogosphere before.

And now after several years of lurking, I finally got invited by kanzeon into blogging. Honestly, I’m not expecting her to be an otaku because I see her as a very very busy person in school. Active in several school activities and being the dance club president, I wasn’t really expecting that she’s a blogger until I got asked by her to help her writing up a summary on a certain show she’s watching and she admitted her secret that she owns an anime blog, LOL I remembered that funny face when she told me that XD. Then after that, she finally invited me to become an official author in her blog. I’m excited on this duty so please take of me and wish me the best of luck!!!

Oh and about my blog name, I just made up “tsuiteru” out of the randomness and because it sounds cute. I wanna name my self as Lelouch but I don’t wanna be a wannabe XD…

He already started his job as my dog a blogger on Kannagi ep 5. I asked for help because I will be very busy again starting next week. I’m not saying that Tsui’s not busy too but since we’re both graduating, we really have to study hard and double our efforts. Oh btw, I have finally decided on what course will I take on college, I’ll take Tourism ^_^.

On to my blogging duties, before you can say that this blog has a new author and I’ll start to be lazy blgging, you’re wrong. I’ll still do the regulars (music, manga, games, filler posts, specials, episodes) while Tsui’s just here to help me on some anime episodes. I’m still the diva of this site XD. To be honest, I would have added two new authors, tsuiteru and my sister, but I don’t wanna disturb my sister to the highest level because she has work now so yeah XD.

Kuroshitsuji Manga Ch07: My eyes are deceiving me, this isn’t a doujinshi! – 353

As you have noticed, most readers of my blog came from Vampire Knight and Kuroshitsuji fans. The most number of views came the Code Geass finale-live-blog-impromptu-crappy post, but I was impressed that many people commented on that post and discussed if Lelouch is still alive or not. Code Geass is really that fabulous.

A lot of hits also comes from America’s Next Top Model watchers. J-music fans also seems to be loving my posts about the latest on J-Pop music. Too bad the first season of Anime’s Next Top Model isn’t that popular but I hope that the next season would be bigger ^_^.

I have the feeling that November will pass October when it comes to hits. We’re just halfway thru it and it’s already racing up the overall views last month.

Don’t be mad, because there’s more!

Moving on, what will you be looking forward to from METANORN?

First of all, the WINTER ANIME 2008 post with my impressions. I’ve finished it already and the only thing missing is to Tsuiteru’s impressions on them.

Next, I’ll have the Repackaged and Extended versions of my Absolute Anime OPs and EDs. My OP hitlist would be extended to 30 and the order may be changed, due to a lot of good OPs I’ve watched now. My ED hitlist would be also extended to 20.

Christmas is also coming and I’m thinking of a gimmick to do on my blog… Tsuiteru suggested that I should put up daily gifts here (like pictures, downloads, gif images, random videos, etc) into a sticky post so everyday you visit, you’ll see a different gift for you everytime. I thought that the idea was alright.

I’m thinking of adding more to the chart action so I’ll thinking about a post about the Fiercest Anime B*tches, and a post about on how you’ll get inspired by to write up a New Years’ Resolution- anime style! Don’t steal my ideas lol!

I’m really excited for Valentines Day and believe it of not, I already drafted a post for a Valentines Day special. I listed up the Most Epic Anime Kissing Scenes ever.

Oh and last but not the least, we have Anime’s Next Top Model season 2 currently on the works. I’m trying to create a video for the OP sequence of it so wish me luck on Windows Movie Maker XD…
