Mistress Fortune Ch01: “Fat on your arms is proof that you have big boobs.”
Zettai Kakusei Tenshi Mistress Fortune or Absolute Awakening Angel Mistress Fortune is an another magical-themed manga by Arina Tanemura (Full Moon wo Sagashite, Gentlemen’s Alliance Cross). For me, the manga started in a very CUTE way. The main characters are cute and look! They have wings! Kisaki is a girl who has psychic powers and a member of a psychic team called “MIstress Fortune”, which belongs to a secret defense organization called “PSI”. She’s the “Fortune Tiara”. Her partner is Giniro, which is the “Fortune Quartz”. He is really quite perverted in some way, saying an epic line: “Fat on your arms is proof that you have big boobs” and he’s only thinking about Kisaki’s E-cups. She is (duh) in love with him like any other shoujo manga but the thing is, they aren’t allowed to know any personal information on each other. Nothing much serious happened in this chapter (since its the first, its mostly about introductions). The side characters are not that much interesting (yet) unlike GA+ and there’s no potential love triangle yet (and I hope there would be none…). Overall, the art is good and the story looks very interesting. I’ve become a fan already and I’m excited to read more of these.

I just read this a few days ago… It’s pretty good, but I’m not really hyped up about it.
I love Arina-san’s works because of the guaranteed love story (Cause sometimes after watching Bleach and Soul Eater and Fullmetal Alchemist, you want something like that).
There’s only 2 more chapters left, so it’ll be interesting on how she’ll work that out.
