Captain Earth – 15

Captain Earthz (5)

Moco got dat body!

Are you prepared for another exciting Hana themed episode?!! I KNOW I AM! Jokes aside I think these past two episodes have done a fantastic job of finally developing her character even though I am sure most of us would have loved to see this happen a bit earlier, but better late than never am I right? Anyway take a listen to this weeks MiniTALK with the usual crew plus Skylion.

skylion’s name not attached to this image…So…I guess you picked on me enough?! Why do I feel let down though?!

That Dio pic got me. So he’s hanging out in this show because Jotaro and the rest are taking too long to get to him. Which means he was in Japan all along. Go back Jojo!

And Moco hot damn. Bet Amara taps that every night.

I thought about doing a Valvrave body snatching joke, but then I remembered the current Jojo season and was like DIOOOOOOOOOOO!! <3

      Who knows probably! LOLOLOL

Well, it took 15 episodes, but this show decided to finally actually do something!

We got an awesome amount happening including Setsuna/Siren becoming part of the Planetary Gears, Puck finally making his move by taking over Kube’s body and revealing himself to be behind the first CEO’s suicide, as well as the fact that he is the “Robin” that everybody’s been addressing. Hana is revealed to be the Princess as well as the personification of Blume and now has her own Livluster. So, is Siren the Planetary Gears’ Queen and Hana the princess?

The triple kiss was cool to see, and Kube falling into Puck’s trap was hilarious but not unexpected. It’s not like he didn’t have enough warnings. Also, Puck decided to do something about that secretary that Kube refused. If you know what I mean. 😉

The main characters are still boring and Malkin and Amarok continue to be the team rocket duo that get’s beat every episode, and yet we’ve taken a huge leap in the right direction with this episode. We’ve gone from mediocre to actually somewhat good.

I know right? It is sad that it took this long for things to finally get good but at least this wasn’t like episode twenty three…

I loved the bits with Setsuna, Puck and Hana! Finally three important things falling into place to set up the future of Captain Earth.

Triple kiss for the win and it shows how each kiss is sort of different at least to me

      Amara+Setsuna = power
      Puck+Secretary = lust
      Hana+Daichi = love

I always thought Captain Earth was decent but we all have our views 😀

Livlasters vs full armored mechs. That wasn’t very bright but Daichi and Teppei get points for bravery.

Finally Hana has begun to abandon her wallflower status and doing more than translating Pitz’s predictions. Her Livlaster is incredibly badass. Controlled energy shots… that’s so DBZ. So she’s confirmed as another dormant Planetary Gear, alias “Blume”. I doubt there’d be any dramatic change in her if she were to awaken. A kind of plot armor since she’s gradually getting involved with Daichi.

Kube’s untimely shaft has arrived. Hasn’t fate taught anyone what curiosity did to the cat? But you can say his arrogance was what helped do him in. The guy had suspicions and let them slide. I wonder how long Puck was waiting for the opportunity to take him over. It’s evident he’s been after Kube’s secretary for some time. At least he had the decency to comfort a lonely and longing woman. Kudos for that sense of chivalry.

From the preview, the new mecha’s called the Flare Engine.

    • Foshizzel says:

LOL yeah Daichi and Teppei are brave but terrible shots…

Hana is finally becoming a GOOD character when she was such a freaking boring translator for Pitz, but now she is proving to be quite powerful! Especially with her ability to move the beam.

Kube definitely stuck his nose in too deep and got picked off by Puck.

Yeah Flare engine with Hana as the pilot.
