Crusty is a womanizer and I forgot what else. Trying to seduce an NPC…

Serara should tap her potential and use the power of the Sun! Kekekeke…

Your answer to flannies: They breath well and they area bit coarse so if you don’t wear underwear, they rub on your skin… nicely. (This has absolutely, positively, absotively no H connotations.)

    • skylion says:

…silk does become rather harsh when it absorbs moisture. (This absolutely, positively, absotively may contain H connotations(

    • Foshizzel says:

Great chat going on here fellas (you should write some Log Horizon fanfiction)

      • Di Gi Kazune says:

Please do not encourage (especially this one). Nothing good can come out of us writing LH fanfiction especially with someone having the title of Defender of the LOLi realm.

        • Foshizzel says:

Ahaha (harem of loli fighters and Skylion ftw)

          • Di Gi Kazune says:

            *scribble*scribble*
Minori looked at her Shiroe-nii-san with loving eyes and wondered if he was experienced in the ways of making a flower bloom to full blossom… as Shiroe wonder why she had *fuuny* look on her face. He wanted to ask what she was thinking when…

Disclaimer: There was a prior encouragement warning.

          • BlackBriar says:

Hahaha, that alone inspires unspeakable horror. 😉

          • skylion says:

            ::paraphrasing The Doctor::

            “I”m the Skylion. Basically…..run.”

          • skylion says:

…especially the Four Graces, my elite cadre of BLV.

        • skylion says:

I would never waste a single second to fan fiction. It’s much more fun to take risks with original characters, backgrounds, etc.

  2. skylion says:

Why are these kids in the dungeon!? That has got to be the least balanced group. Geez. It was like watching me play D&D years and years ago. “But I don’t want to play a Cleric. I wanna Bard!”

Nice to see Bard’s are far more useful in this game world than in others. They’ve always been the jack of all, master of none. But here, we see that high level shine.

Dat Crusty. Wow. If he’s “played this route” before, what does that make him?

    • Highway says:

I thought it was actually a darn good group (and you have to think that the guys setting up the groups thought so too). Maybe a little overhealed for optimum, but if they played right it would be fine.

Krusty’s all used to dealing with an imouto because… he’s actually Kirito!

      • Di Gi Kazune says:

I agree that the party is balanced. Tank plus 2 attack support plus 2 healer. The problem is actually quite obvious: They are NOT working as a team effectively. Cerebrum… I mean Serara is trying to turn them into Daemonia… I mean to give advice but they talk over her. Wait… I got the characters mixed up. It’s the MIKO whose name I cannot remember offhand. My bad.

The MU is too self-absorbed and his influence is affecting the tank. Since it is all about character building, expectation is that this n00b party will learn the value of teamwork in the upcoming episodes.

      • skylion says:

Kirito cannot resist a full dive. And yes, Fosh, that was for the fan fiction.

    • Foshizzel says:

They gotta learn teamwork and all that jazz! Especially Cord OMG WHAT IS HIS DEAL!? Mages are not tanks bro stand in the back and pew pew pew like Minori said~

My only game experience with bards comes from the original Everquest and they could weave songs together to basically have 3 to 4 buffs going at the same time! It was impressive and for solo play I could kite like x5 monsters by slowing them and throwing a few dots on them.

Crusty is a eroge player I bet he knows how to play into the girls feelings ahahah

  3. HannoX says:

When Minori gains self-confidence and speaks up she’ll make a good strategist/leader for her party. And Shiroe must see that since she’s the one he gives advice to and gave her that notebook.

    • Foshizzel says:

True that! Minori would make for a great leader for the lower level players and as you said I bet Shiroe sees that and wants her to gain that self-confidence.

    • BlackBriar says:

Either that or she could let Tohya be the leader and she, the advisor since they work good together as a pair. I’d go with the latter because Tohya appears to be the type that easily motivates people.

      • Highway says:

Tohya needs to listen better, tho. He’s repeatedly charging in where he shouldn’t.

(grumbles about damn tanks running into combat out of range of their healers)

And OOM doesn’t mean “Out of Monsters, get some more!”

  4. BlackBriar says:

Is it just me or do all these guys wearing glasses look like villains when their frame is being zoomed out and their specs lighting up? Shiroe may know how politically and economically force people into a corner but Crusty is an underhanded, womanizing badass.

If the People of the Land want a means of transport by sea, I can guess what they plan to use it for other than delivering food. Like bringing in more of their people in a possible attempt to overwhelm the adventurers. The more things progress, more it seems a conflict is inevitable. Neither side can afford not to be suspicious.

    • skylion says:

It is far cheaper to ship further by sea, than it is to ship over land less far, depending on the state of technology and market investment.

…and if this Kingdom opens up trade by sea…there will be war to follow.

      • HannoX says:

True that. In low tech societies moving something by wagon 60 miles (100 km) approximately doubles its cost. And even a small ship can carry as much as several dozen or more wagons. Plus the crew of the ship will be smaller than the number of teamsters you’d need and unlike the teams drawing the wagons you don’t have to worry about feed for the ship.

      • HannoX says:

“…and if this Kingdom opens up trade by sea…there will be war to follow.”

Also true. Whichever People of the Land nation first gains access to the adventurers advanced technology will quickly become the richest nation. And that could lead them to becoming imperialistic or getting attacked by other nations fearing their growing power.

The adventurers have to be very careful about how they disseminate their technology. But they can’t hoard it either or they’ll be attacked. They have some perilous waters to navigate.

    • Foshizzel says:

Wearing glasses in Log Horizon = instant evil status~

The people of the land demand to have access to the players advanced stuff, but it was obvious from the start they need the players to help them especially with the reveal that the people of the land have a goblin problem that needs to be fixed asap.

    • Highway says:

I think you’re a bit too hard on Krusty. I’ll go with smooth and badass, but I don’t think he’s a womanizer. He’s just smooth and experienced and knows how to handle fawning girls. Sure he *could* exploit them, but he doesn’t.

      • BlackBriar says:

Who’s to say he won’t exploit them later on? Shiroe is almost an open book but Crusty shows he can be quite shady.

  5. Nerazim says:

    i sooo saw a KrustyxRaynesia theme in there… #RaynesiaForMVP
