Double PARTY for Jrow’s Birthday and our Aniblog Tourney win!
We have the double pleasure of this celebration and what a cool day to celebrate a team birthday, when after months of hard work and reviewing, we have won the second Aniblog Tourney! A very humble thank you for all the supporters who not only voted but were quite vocal about Metanorn. We can’t tell you in words how much we appreciate it! Happy Birthday, Jrow!!! As one of the true senpais of Metanorn in terms of age, I wonder how it feels to be yet another year older. Probably not all that different, I would imagine…aside from people showering you with cake, food, and presents. Enjoy it while you can! I would party with you and buy you dinner or something if I could, but I can’t. I can draw you something though! You may be wondering where the aforementioned piece of artwork is, and I don’t blame you. It’s…coming. I’ll just send it to you some time after your birthday, all low-key-like. Sorry! I really do want to do SOMETHING for you, but my schedule is insane right now, so please wait D: To finish off this birthday message, it’s time to compliment you on your multi-tasking skills (podcasting and aniblogging…for two sites!) and how well you organized the whole E3 series of posts. For the first time in maybe 3 years, I got to have cake, and it was really delicious cookies ‘n cream cake.
@OC & Fosh – Take your time! If you have to bundle it as a Christmas gift, that’s cool. Or if you/we end up forgetting, no worries at all. I was very grateful for the art that was made for me last year.
I’m also delighted that my birthdate now brings to mind a memorable moment in Metanorn’s history (time dependent on where you live). It’s also cool to share a birthday with Senjougahara. <3
