Dance in the Vampire Bund – 03

I still need to get used on Mina’s dancing in the OP…

I find it funny that this episode started with an after-sex scene then ended with a gang rape. Lol, this show can’t get any more sexual.

Starting things of on a really bright side, I thought this show is starting to get better. Probably because I bumped my head hard into a wall before watching it so that I could forget about the manga (noooo) yeah. Kidding aside, I actually liked this one a bit compared to the previous ones because at least it showed a bit of its political side, and not failing to showcase Mina and Akira’s relationship as well. And thank goodness we aren’t getting much monster-of-the-week this time. The running around the school part reminded me a bit of Code Geass though, hehe.

I lost count how many times I yawned at the presence of Yuki, the only thing I liked about her is Saito Chiwa voicing her, so she should be thankful that her bland, boring ass got saved by some certified SHAFT-ed seiyuu of Senjougahara. Also, there is an anime original character added, the candy girl Meiren voiced by Kobayashi Yuu (who seems to be snagging lots of roles this season). I can’t remember her from the manga, so I guess she’ll be an anime filler that will turn monster-of-the-week next episode (oh noes).

Real things turn at the very end of the episode with the student council president getting assaulted and raped according to Mina’s plan, with Akira not knowing it. Speaking of Mina, she’s getting cuter in an it’s-not-grossing-out-or-pedo-when-I-say-it kind of way. So yep, this episode actually brought a little bit of light in this ‘show’ (shouldn’t call this an ‘adaptation’ anymore… ”’orz) I’m still not expecting it to be good, it’s just actually like a guilty pleasure now lol.

P.S. – So… when will they plan to animate the ED? Never?

    I agree.
This episode is not really horrible at all compared to the previous ones. I hope it continues to get better.

i think it will get better as the story is allowed to continue more now that the introduction to the setting has been mostly established

Well that’s not a bad episode after all.
They took bits from the manga and created an original story out of them, it seems.

I think I’d prefer it following the manga. Putting that aside, yeah, maybe it’s not that bad, after all.

It was Mina’s plan to get the president raped?!? o_o I had no idea, I thought Mina looked innocent and cute so she wouldn’t think of such a thing. I rather have the monster of the week thing instead of the political drama stuff which is so boring =.=

Lol, I like what happened to the student council president because she really needs to shut the hell up.
