Girl band SCANDAL does a cover of K-ON!’s ending theme “Don’t Say ‘Lazy'” on MUSIC JAPAN. While the original version by Yoko Hikasa and co. was just incomparable, gotta give props to the band for giving their best performing this rendition.
P.S. – Chihara Minori and Nana Mizuki were also there. Performing “Paradise Lost” and “DISCOTHEQUE” respectively after a very cute interview. Video here.
K-ON! Character Single – Maddy Candy
Here’s Sawako-sensei’s much awaited Character Song Single! Featuring her metal-rock band, “DEATH DEVIL”, here’s a special K-On! character single, “Maddy Candy”. Enjoy the hard-rock metal madness! It actually turned out quite better than what I expected. Asami Sanada can rock XD. Pretty kick-ass single overall.
K-ON!: Ritsu, Mugi and Azusa Character Singles Confirmed
Good news! Besides from the old news of their Insert Song Album being the first-ever anime album to hit #1 on Oricon Weekly, there’s another one. The remaining K-On! girls Ritsu, Mugi and Azusa will be getting their respective character singles as well, besides from Yui, Mio, and soon to be released (August 12) Sawako-sensei’s “Death Devil” CD.
