Akko is quite suspicious of that stack of books.
Time for the third episode of Little Witch Academia and wow this is easily one of the best so far for me, but after seeing all the negative responses from the past two episodes on certain things I don’t think this episode will be enough to convince the haters to stick around? Then again who knows! All I know is i’m having a blast with this series so far.

Wangari is voiced by Rie Murakawa, and belting out the news isn’t news for her! She played that dumb Bunny from not-Ghost in the Shell: Ghost Urn. So I guess in LWA people actually listen to her character, and no bad things are going to happen to her. But Rie also plays Constanze, but that’s a character with few lines, so it’s not like it matters.
Yep, this time Akko was the victim of circumstances just as much as she was the victim of her own callow youth. But, Sucy is quickly becoming the best character, I”m going to start calling her Chaotic Neutral Hermione…or is she Chaotic Good?

Yeah its funny when certain actors pull double duty for some series and agreed Constanze doesn’t really speak at all which is strange! Maybe she will have some actual dialog in the TV version.
Sucy has always been easily the best “prankster” of the series and she is my second/third character.

The broom race was great! I had several laugh out loud moments during it. And I loved Sucy’s imaginative ways to “help” Akko learn to use her broom and her schemes to cheat during the race. She really wanted that special prize. And did you notice in the ED what happened to Diana’s sycophants when they opened the urn? Ah, Japan and it’s tentacles. “Dream of the Fisherman’s Wife” has a lot to answer for.
I was hoping Amanda and her crew would be introduced in this episode. She’s one of my favorite characters. And does she ever have mad broom skills!

Yes! The broom race segment was great! Once again showing off Triggers crazy animation. LOL yes I loved Sucy’s ideas on how to “help” Akko train and the prize was hilarious in the ED.
SAME! But I’d hate for their stories to get rushed so I can wait for them to get dedicated episodes to give them more character.
