Woooooooooooo! Happy Halloween everyone! I’m a bit too old to go trick or treating, but never too old to eat tons of candy…well some candy…anyway if you’re not going to go out dressed up and you’re in the mood to read something horror themed I recommend you try Mahou Shoujo of the End! In case you haven’t heard of that one it’s sorta similar to Magical Girl Raising Project airing now only with darker themed magical girls complete with lots of blood and guts.

Happy Halloween folks! Have fun trick or treating and/or partying tonight. As the occasion entails, if you are a horror enthusiast like a few of us, I’d recommend checking out Shriek on Line Webtoon (mobile app is available if you are interested). It is a one-shot collection from some interesting manhwa artists and even have music/motion in a few to give you a fuller experience. Also, check out their horror zone for a few more nice nuggets. I’m a fan of technology and love how it has evolved to a digital experience than just black and white chapters. Definitely recommend reading these at night with your headphones on and lights off. Happy Halloween to all of our readers! And if you don’t celebrate this occasion, then good day to you all the same. I personally don’t read a lot of horror manga because I’m just not a fan of the genre. I’d rather read something happy and sweet instead. That said, if you’re looking for something to really mess you up, just go read anything from the Corpse Party franchise. I think some OVAs have even been made of it if you want to see all the disturbing things in animated form. Just don’t blame me later if you have nightmares for the rest of the week.

 Happy Halloween everyone! I don’t celebrate Halloween though since it’s not an East thing (and I still ponder how the custom progressed into trick-or-treat), but I see how some people around my workplace here are celebrating Halloween. As for me, I’ll do the same thing I always do no matter what the occasion is, from Eid Mubarak to Christmas, and that is reading yaoi. Maybe I should look up for some vampire-ish yaoi. Oh, if you want to read a vampire-ish yaoi, I definitely recommend Vassalord. Spending Halloween by reading yaoi – definitely the ideal way to celebrate Halloween.
