Oh no you got your legends and myths in my video game series! Yes Yui don’t be alarmed because that is something videogames do like in World of Warcraft there is a zone dedicated to Norse mythology found in Uludar which has Freya, Hodir and then you have Thorim and Loken which are basically a play on Thor and Loki. So how is that a problem in the world of ALO? I guess if you know your Norse mythology like the back of your hand maybe you can use that knowledge and figure out how things are going to play out or are they just saying that ALO is taking those various myths and altering them completely via the cardinal thing? I mean that works because that system is constantly creating quests to keep ALO active and I know there a few MMORPGS out there that allow players to create new quests for other players to try.
Poor Minotaur I bet he had a family and a wife! Kirito you are a heartless monster.
Besides the tiny bits of myths and legends thrown into ALO I have to ask that really is not a problem for the great powerful Jesus-Kirito-sama? Not really because either way he is going to own it all by himself! Just kidding for once he allowed Asuna and the other harem members to kind of help him, but we all know Jesus-Kirito-sama could have easily gone solo mode and clear out the whole instance alone, but hey I was happy to see the other characters fighting instead of just standing around watching things! Also would you have saved that random elf locked in the cell like Klein? Of course I was waiting for him to set off a trap because I always feel that Klein gets the short end of the stick as the token comic relief character and since there really is no death penalty found in ALO they could have easily done a funny montage of him being killed over and over like something out of Angel Beats; however it proved very wise to free Freya thanks to the massive health buff she gave everyone and now we wait to see how they deal with the massive giant. Maybe they can bring in Diane from Nanatsu no Taizai to help even things out or will Jesus-Kirito-sama pull out some random spell to transform into a giant? For some reason I could totally see something like that happening.

End thoughts
Well that was a decent episode of SAO 2 this week since if followed a simple LETS KILL EVERYTHING plot and complete this quest for Excalibur which we all know Jesus-Kirito-sama will end up getting so he can be the first person to tri-wield like Zoro from One Piece who carries two katana’s in his hands while holding the third in his mouth. Yeah I know that sounds completely crazy but believe it or not it actually works! So what did you like this week on SAO 2? I enjoyed the fighting moments even though I still stand by my thoughts that Jesus-Kirito-sama could have easily done all of this alone with the side help from Yui giving him hints and clues.

In a character interview back when this was a web novel, Kirito was asked if he tried tri-wielding and he just said his teeth was about to fall off. So yeah, he at least attempted it.
Though obviously, Excalibur will just be his new sword when he dual wields again.
And anyone familiar with Norse mythology should know the gist of Frejya by now. Add the item she was referring to and let’s just say being Klein is suffering.

I knew Kirito would land the finishing blow but it was good to see everyone pitching in. Talk about imbalance. Everyone else has blades and Sinon’s the only one with a bow.
Sure, the girls all nonchalantly say it’s a trap because Freya is conveniently imprisoned on the way to the group’s objective. Suspicious, yes but the looks on their faces. 😉 To me, it feels like jealousy. Maybe they’re intimidated by how hot Freya looks.
Kirito may actually have a challenge this time. The minotaur had one health bar and gave everyone hell. Imagine the grief this king will give them. He seems to be the type of program that adapts to situations.
