CLANNAD ~After Story~ – OP and ED
CLANNAD OP [Toki wo Kizamu Uta] and ED [Torch] by Lia. Toki wo Kizamu Uta (A Song to pass the time) is such a beautiful song. It’s one of my favorites this season. Torch was the lesser Dango Daikazoku but it’s overall fine.

& Agreed. “Toki wo Kizamu Uta” is really a lovely song and it’s all thanks to Lia that it was made possible. hehe ^^
“TORCH” is good even though it feels so out-of-place after we get one of those angsty cliffhangers but eh, w/e.

I think I’d have to rate “Toki wo Kizamu Uta” as the best OP from fall 2008. Heck, it might even be the best OP in all of 2008 seeing as how it was just able to pull at my heartstrings in such a way that few other songs could. “TORCH” isn’t quite up there though it certainly is very competent. But seeing that it’ll be forever destined to live in “Toki wo Kizamu Uta’s” shadow, I don’t think too many people will give it the shot it deserves.
