About

Is huge anime fan from Florida! who loves to watch anime and also enjoys drawing and collecting pictures, my favorite genre of anime has to be Mecha, there is just something awesome about giant robots beating the crap out of each other! Other than that type of show, I love a good comedy or action series :D

well give show how pink’s story past give how each doll girls cards we’re made & yet their history.

yet knew some dangerous cards to beware such as data crash cards & least rare good healing to have on it them to fix them.

& next it’s blue doll ep (with black doll focus ep very soon)

give wonder by mid-eps point yea things will turned bit like more story on it.

Yeah it was nice to see Shimeji’s past and how the dolls are created and yep Katia is the next girl to take the spotlight xD

Hey, Fosh, nice job photoshopping a picture of SAO on the DVD Uzume was holding. Speaking of which, the english dub for Sword Art Online started playing the saturday night/sunday morning that passed at 2 am on Toonami.

With this, I’m guessing each doll had and was betrayed by a different master. Well, that’s got to suck big time. Shimeji and Aloe’s previous kept me guessing because I couldn’t definitively tell whether it was a boy or a girl. These traps are way too tricky.

I was caught off guard that the dolls had the ability to refuse a master should the occasion arise. The scenario was similar to what happened in Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya with those two magical wands and I was overjoyed when it was thrown in that bastard’s face and that he got a double kick to the face for good measure. It’s irrelevant what happened in the past because it doesn’t give him the right to be a douche to the ones who are there to help him out. He’s lucky he got off easy because he doesn’t deserve someone like Aloe to stay at his side.

…and that’s what really ticked me off about the show. I know it’s kinda in the right to be decent to people after they’ve been jerkwads, but not this guy. He can pick up after himself…

    • Foshizzel says:

Thank you BB and yeah I saw the first episode on Toonami and it was meh nothing special or amazing for me, but I did watch it with my dad who loves MMORPGS and he thought it was alright even though the whole “trapped in another world” theme has been done before…

I get that feeling that each girl has either had a loving master or been betrayed by them? It really works quite well for the story, but Aloe’s reason to go back to her abusive master made me head hurt T_____T

Yeah that reminded me a lot of Fate/Kaleid wands ahaha

I was thinking that’s a terrible message to send to young girls. “Sure, the guy abused you enough to make you want to leave, but then you go back to him because you think he’s sad? Or because you feel bad for him? NOOOOOO!”

They could have made that message a lot better. And plus, Uzume wasted her one Recovery card on Aloe, who then goes back to Jerkoff Abuseypants! There’s some gratitude.

    • AllenAndArth says:

it’s because…by some twisted reason, Aloe loves her master…even if he’s some abusive bastard!
Traps are everywhere…Shimeji’s previous master…traps! Traps everywhere T-T

      • Highway says:

Yeah, that’s the same “But I LOVE him” attitude that keeps battered women thinking they should stay with abusive men (and also abused men with abusive women). I’d rather see that terrible attitude rejected by a show that is at least somewhat aimed at a young girl audience (even if we’re a bunch of older guys talking about it).

        • BlackBriar says:

That’s exactly the mindset I was thinking of Aloe. Sympathy for the bastard because he got dumped aside, I think it’s a form of Stockholm Syndrome to this current master because she was abandoned by her last one and since the previous bond was severed and there was no one to depend on, she was desperate to find another even if it’s with someone as intolerable as him.

          • AllenAndArth says:

which brings us to the very beginning..or maybe she likes abusive men…it’s a fetich she has…if it’s a fetich i want her for me…so i can tease her forever *q*9

    • skylion says:

There is investing in a relationship but this is sacrifice and too much of it.

      ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ agreed ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

      • Gecko says:

Yep. Magical girl shows should be sending good messages, like “hey, this guy abused you. He doesn’t care about your life. So just leave him behind.” I don’t know what the Fantasista Doll writers were thinking when they let that fly.

  4. Gecko says:

While Shimeji did a great job this episode, and I feel better knowing that she gets pissed and can really kick butt, I don’t know why she let Aloe go back to that idiot guy. Argh. Friends don’t let friends stay in abusive relationships.

Anyways, this show could get pretty interesting if Uzume’s family finds out about the dolls. Maybe Mr Homeroom Teacher will step in? I would hope he wouldn’t do so in his crazy outfit…
