This is literally like Star Driver! Original Soundtrack released in parts with the DVD/Blu-ray releases… T_T Which means, a full release is not that probable and it will be in part. Le sigh. Just as expected, the music captures you and you can only think about magical girls and some heads rolling… Yeah, I did make that pun. My favourites include Salve, terrae magicae, Desiderium, Scaena felix and Pugna cum maga. The latter one really leaves a punch so enjoy~

Actually, I’m hoping that this will turn out like Kara no Kyoukai in which the soundtrack gets a standalone release like about 3-6 months after all the DVDs get released. After all, Kajiura’s a pretty big name, and not releasing a full OST for them is leaving money on the table. Especially when people like me are eager to purchase it!

I would second this. It would be a total shame if they don’t release the Soundtrack separately later because not only it’s epic but one of Kajiura’s memorable works. ^^

Never before I was this so excited for an OST, really impressive collection of soundtracks from Puella Magi. My personal favorites are:
– sis puella magica
– salve, terrae magicae
– Gradus prohibitus
– Credens justitiam (Mami’s battle song)
– Conturbatio
– Terror adhaerens
– Pugna cum maga
**Upon hearing Credens justitiam, I believe it’s a different version from episode 1 TV Mami’s transformation scene, althought it’s the same in BD version.

I think the credens justitiam in episode 1 is an incomplete or different version, since the episode 10 credens justitiam is the same in BD ep1 and OST. Anyways it seems like people here are saying that another realease is possible, I hope the ep1 TV version is in there.

There’s definitely more releases because this was part I. Though I’m not sure the next part would be bundled in with which Blu-ray release. Definitely expect more musical magic from Yuki Kajiura for Madoka. :3

kazumi magica might be a prequel or really an alternate universe. theres my pair umikaXkaoru
oriko magica is really something. apparently it occurs between T4 and the current timeline of the anime(homura’s jumps). plus quite ironic to find mami beat charlotte by chapter 3 and stating that charlotte almost got her if she wasnt careful….
