You have to feel somewhat sorry for Akari lately who has suffered a lot thanks to Cerebrum screwing up EVERYTHING! I mean he practically killed Ginka and messed around with Luna’s feelings for Akari turning her into a pawn. What else could he do now? Oh right he pushed Luna around in order to get her to seal Siera’s tarot powers and to make matters worse both Priscilla and Meltina have been knocked out which leaves poor old Akari alone to fight the monsters! I swear she is never going to catch a lucky break, but again I have a feeling that she will figure out a way to save Luna and probably bring back the dead with the ultimate power of friendship. While all of that is going on it appears that those damn talking animals knew about Cerebrum the whole freaking time? Seriously what the hell is up with that?! Then again I suppose that Laplace and Schrodinger are just messengers but still that information could have come in handy. So what do you think is the big secret Ariel and Etia are keeping from Akari? I assume it has to be something related to her mother and how she died or is it something else? I mean it could be a completely random thing like them saying that Akari is somehow related to Cerebrum? I have no idea why I even thought about that.

So there’s a mystery person that Cerebrum seems to be following, and there’s a mysterious organization that Laplace and Schrodinger are messengers from. …Watch the reveal be that the two are actually run by the same person. Or if not, maybe someone branched off at some point somewhere. If they’re keeping it all a mystery at this point, I’d assume that things are connected somewhere. As for other mysteries, having the rumour of a wolf being in the mountains doesn’t really seem like grounds for burning down a school. Does the law just not exist in this world? (Not that it ever really exists in anime.) Nobody catching a Daemonia is understandable, since it’s be impossible to arrest one, let alone remember if they did something in the first place, but a mob of humans isn’t so illusive. …I guess I just find it kind of stupid that they would burn the building down in the first place. If they were possessed by Daemonia, fine. But at the same time, it feels like something that the plot just kind of threw in here because it would be dramatic and make life suck for the characters. As if it didn’t suck enough already. I’m hoping that they’ll actually give a good reason as to why Etia and Ariel (plus the Wheel of Fortune trio) aren’t fighting. Everyone else is incapacitated, and it seems silly to keep sending out Akari when there are 3 (5?) seemingly capable users. Though Ariel did say something about everyone being better off if they didn’t fight (or maybe that was Etia).

Screw you Cerebrum and your loli transformations! I really hate when he takes advantage of people by using the body of a child and as a side note why does he play the role of a female so well? That is so creepy! So werewolf Luna is awesome and crazy powerful because she can shut down any tarot card girl simply by biting them? Damn that is quite overpowered, but she still appears to be in control of her actions and I wonder what would happen if she decided to bite Cerebrum? I would guess that he is immune to that. So what did you like this week? I kind of liked watching Luna fight Seira even though it is technically Akari’s fault that Seira lost her powers.
Yay for Cerebrum and his loli transformations! Let’s see how much worse he can make Akari’s life. Or maybe not, since things are already getting kind of silly. As for the other characters, I wasn’t expecting Seira to be out of the running so fast. I don’t know if it’s even possible for them to meet outside of the Daemonia-world, but she’s screwed if she runs into her anti-Tarot. Can they wrap up this plot in the time remaining? …I’m kind of skeptical at this point. The plot is kind of a mess now and there are a lot of loose ends that seem like they’ll be brushed off. I can hope that they’ll somehow make the ending good though.

We definately need more Werewolf Luna cosplay at conventions. As long as there are no nipples or naughty bits, it is SFW despite it being obvious that she is only wearing a corset. Obviously her wolfears in Tenebrae form were foreshadowing this.
As encourage for Akari, I would encourage her to finish things off with a Lyrical Radical Genocide.
Again, the story pacing leaves things to be desired. 2(or 3 according to some) more episodes to wrap things out and we STILL get more unanswered questions. Who the fuck are the Leguzario? Palpatine hasn’t killed his master yet? WTF? And what is the secret of Akari’s birth. I suspect she was born of Diablos and Elemental Tarot users and the Shota is her father. Her mother did not follow the Jedi way…

I was pretty sure that the rumors about a wolf in the mountains and the rumors that started about the school were totally different things. The wolf thing was just something important to Seira (don’t know why), while the rumors about the school were that it’s the reason so many bad things are happening in the town, so that’s why it was torches and pitchforks time.
At this point I’m not expecting any sort of happy ending for this show. At best it’s a triumphant “I vanquish the evil guys with a heroic sacrifice of my life” or “Last person out, turn out the lights”. Heck, I’m surprised they haven’t outright killed half or more of the named characters so far.

For a few seconds I thought loli Cerebrum was actually Elita. Like, that’s what happens when Elita and Ariel leave the grounds, they revert to lolis due to a sealing of their powers of something or another.

I didn’t. One thing to know for sure is when you see any lolis, be sure to get a good look at their eyes and hair color. If they’re crystal blue with aquamarine hair, then it’s an 80% chance it’s Cerebrum.

Damn it, Cerebrum!! It gets under my skin that this nasty little wretch continues to get away with what he wants and hasn’t paid for it while the good guys are suffering at every turn. Especially when goes into loli form. Now even Seira is out of commission. I’m sure that neck bite from Luna did more than seal her tarot powers.
It’s unbelievable that this show is able to become more and more dark with no sign at the slightest shred of hope. If had to categorize for darkness and despair, Genei is just a notch below Attack on Titan. And I really can’t see anything beside a bittersweet ending after what we’ve seen so far. Are we sure Urobutcher doesn’t have a hand in this?
