Kowarekake no Orgol

It touches the lolicon inside you…

Awww, this was so sweet. This doujin anime is quite a rare find, I must say that I enjoyed watching it. The story was about a musician who lost drive to pursue playing. One day, he meets a mysterious little girl who ends up living with him, and soon affects his life significantly. There are lots of really cute moments, and it’s just touching. The end was quite saddening though, but all in all it was heart warming and full of moe moments.

This is a work of POP, which previously worked on Moetan. I guess this is a lot better that that, plus the budget is also surprising in a good way, knowing that this was only a doujin anime project. I hope there would be more.

Aww, this looks very cute. I’ll be on the lookout for any subs that come later.

Was indeed quite sweet, and thankfully easy enough to watch without subs. Flower is adorable.

The ending though… I mean, I suppose it’s clear what happened but I kinda wish they made it less ambiguous… the flashbacking didn’t help, I had to re-listen to the diary dates before I was confident I got what happened. A bit more time on Keiichiro’s backstory would’ve been nice, too. We learned enough about what happened, but it didn’t quite have the emotional oomph I was hoping for. I suppose though, as an independent production, they could only make it so long.

Good watch, though. Definitely enjoyed it.

Did anyone think that the male protagonist looks like a mix between Tai from Digimon and Spike from Cowboy Bebop?? The girl looks super cute. :3
