Nana Mizuki Triple Threat!

Photobucket

This is a triple-threat Nana Mizuki post for y’all! Here you can download all of her three latest singles: Trickster, Discotheque and Trinity Cross; two are in the Rosario + Vampire CAPU2 soudtrack. Btw, I love the album cover… but it kinda matches out Britney Spears’ newest album Circus

As promised, I’ll put up Discotheque as soon as I have it on my hands on it…and here it is! Not only Discotheque but there’s also Trickster and Trinity Cross as well! Trickster is an awesome song. It kinda has some Hirano Aya vibes in it. The MV was unique and I love her outfit there! Meanwhile, Discotheque is more mainstream J-Pop and it was very funky. The retro music video which includes a dancing police and cute retro outfits is very cute and sassy. Discotheque is definitely one of my faves from her because she tried a new thing. Btw, it would be the OP theme for Rosario + Vampire CAPU2 (OMG why did it happen to the show I despise?!)… Last but not the least, Trinity Cross, is another great and powerful song. It would be used as the ED theme for Rosario to Vampire.

It may sound awful to bash a show that hasn’t even aired yet, but I highly doubt Rosario + Whatever 2 deserves such awesome songs (woah Trinity Cross!), much less Mizuki Nana as a lead…

  2. kanzeon says:

@issa-sa: I agree ^^… Good thing we have the Mp3’s… meaning we don’t have to watch the show (for the sake of the OP and ED) anymore 🙂

  3. FuyuMaiden says:

I also agree. The stupid fanservice show doesn’t deserve these incredibly wonderful songs. Trickster is my personal favorite (so cool~!). I’m at least satisfied that my favorite one has nothing to do with that anime. But *sigh* Discotheque is going to be accompanied by ridiculous fanservice shots in the OP, it’s not fair! Maybe Trinity Cross will be safe as an ED but…eh…who knows.

I’ll just enjoy the Nana-sama wonderfulness instead of thinking about it now. And I will pretend Rosario + Vampire does not exist. Nana-sama is only in Shugo Chara! and Hakushaku to Yousei this season!!!

Thank you so much for the mp3s! ^^
Haven’t listened to them yet but I’m sure they will be great (cuz it’s Nana-sama, after all). *so excited* xD

I love the cover and the contrasting themes it has. Since circuses are usually all bright and happyhappy, the dimly-lit background and her black outfit is just…awesome. I can’t find a phrase to summarize everything so we’ll just settle for “AWESOME!”.
    Hmm, yep. 😀

    She’s pretty ^^

But right now I’m over Jap songs haha

Nana-Sama~!! Oh, how I love her! ^.^ Kanzeon, you’re my best friend! Please don’t stop posting music! XD Makes it so much easier than going out and looking for it!!

@FuyuMaiden: Actually, I just watched the OP for Rosario to Vampire CAPU2 and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I found it… CUTE! God, they even accompany it with the RL Nana Mizuki Discotheque dance steps! Animation quality is also great… Good OP but it doesn’t mean that I’ll watch the series…

@xiao_jie88: I also loved it. It’s twisted. God, I love creepy circuses ^_^

    @blissmo: Lol why?

@amayalee: Thanks ^_^ And hhoooorrraayyy best friend!!! 😀

  8. Shin says:

If there’s any reason to watch R+V2, it’s purely to see how the ED was used; great stuff.

  9. darkxshootz says:

R+V whole series is good mhmm~..nana mizuki ftw xDDD

  10. kanzeon says:

@Shin: Yeah. Trinity Cross was an awesome song ^_^

@darkxshootz: I agree on Nana Mizuki ftw 🙂

  11. LilaChan says:

The opening animation was definately better then I thought. A very realist dance step too (compared to the impossible to-do-perfectly Hare Hare Yuukai or Moteke Sailor Fuku). I downloaded the whole episode just to get a nice HD version of the opening…I just watched the first minute of the show and gave up…in that one minute, I manage to find 5 panty shots!

I’ll just stick to the opening for now…

  12. FuyuMaiden says:

@kanzeon I actually ended up watching it too. I clicked on a link and it led me to the video…so I watched it. It certainly was cute. But I still think it would have been better if that cuteness wasn’t followed by…well, Rosario + Vampire. But I will certaily enjoy the OP sequence and at least be glad that such a nice song didn’t get accompanied by anything stupid.

  13. kanzeon says:

@LilaChan: Yeah, the dance moves are really realistic in a way that Nana Mizuki can perform it on live concerts while dancing. It’s so cute ^_^

    @FuyuMaiden: Yeah, totally agree.

  14. I’m not totally impressed with her album this time around since it just doesn’t compare to some of her better stuff and as far as averages are used, I’d list this one below par for what she’s known for being able to put out.

However, Trinity Cross was most excellent and of all the tracks, that’s the one that’s most Nana-ish and imo, the best song on the entire album.

  15. kanzeon says:

@zzeroparticle: I kinda agree with you, but I always love every Nana songs out there. Trinity Cross is the best (but Discotheque is my favorite 🙂 ). I would like to see the PV of that soon maybe…

  16. A N I S E says:

I don’t think that Rosario + Vampire is so bad.
Sure, there is a lot of fanservice but it’s cute.
And Discotheque is a good song for it.
